Shipping and Returns

Packaging

Any protective packaging your item arrives in will be recycled, rescued from the landfill. All items will arrive wrapped in recyclable paper as standard. If you'd like your item to arrive in a decorative gift wrap, feel free to select your paper of choice from the store, add to basket and add a note with your request at checkout. I am always more than happy to ship gifts directly and pop in a note or add hand-written notes to greetings cards, too. Just drop me a message!

Please try to use the packaging again, too. I avoid using any brand new plastic packaging as far as is possible.

 

International shipping

We are happy to ship all our products internationally. The cost of shipping varies per destination, and the shipping costs will be generated at final checkout once you have input your address. If you ever have any requests or queries, please do not hesitate to drop me a line. Please bear in mind, it is up to you to check your local customs requirements and restrictions in relation to your order. 

 

Tracking

You are able to select tracked shipping at checkout. Your tracking information will be sent to you via shipping confirmation email. If you do not select tracking, I will include the shipping reference where possible so you can see whether delivery has been attempted yet.

 

Shipping times

Nåde Store is a one-woman show, so please bear with me. I work to ship your item to you as quickly as possible, usually within 2-5 business days. 

 

Returns

I work hard to make sure all products are good quality and shipped safely. However, if something isn't quite right please contact me within 14 days of your item arriving. I am unable to process free returns, and all returns must be tracked. Drop me a message at hello@nadestorelondon.co.uk and I will be happy to help you.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? Just drop me an email ASAP and I will try to resolve it for you. Please note, if your item has already been shipped I unfortunately won't be able to cancel the order.

 

Customs

Dependent on the circumstance, some items may result in customs charges. Nåde Store is not responsible for any custom fees incurred. By ordering, you are accepting any custom fees that may be incurred.
